| The (510) 792-4357 telephone number operates twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week. It is at all times "covered" by staff who are available to give information or to offer "telephone counseling". It is available to both clients who are in need of support when our centers are closed, and to members of the general public. During "off hours" (10pm-8am M-F and all day weekends) callers will be asked for their phone number, counselors will be contacted, and calls will be returned ASAP. We regret our budget does not allow us to return long distance (outside S.F. Bay area) calls. |
