Second Chance is a counseling and recovery agency which operates five outpatient centers and a short-term emergency shelter in southern Alameda County (California). We offer a wide variety of programs to deal with substance abuse, codependency, youth issues, family and relationship problems, domestic violence, homelessness and many other "life problems".
